It's been a busy crazy day here at the office. I actually wrote a Life Policy and I'm pretty sure it will go through this time! For writting that policy we got to enter a contest with our district office and pick a number between 1 & 100. I picked 22 and won $5... WOO HOO Go Me! The GPS system would have been great but hey $5 is $5.
I made an awesome dinner last night! Mr. Food on our local tv station showed a recipe for Chicken Kiev and it looked SO easy. You take chicken breasts and flatten them out. Put a slice of butter in the middle of each and sprinkle with seasonings. (I used parsley & lemon pepper). Then roll it up tight and tuck in the sides as you go. Dust with flour, dip in a beaten egg, then dip in bread crumbs (I used plain with salt & lemon pepper). Then put them on a baking sheet and bake covered for 45 minutes at 350 degress. Then uncover and bake another 15 minutes or until no pink. IT WAS AWESOME! I also made fried corn & boiled new potatos. Yummmmm
This morning I acutally folded all the laundry and did dishes before coming to work. I'm so proud of myself today! Well gotta get back to work. My desk is looking better & better.
