It has been one week since I launched my Let’s Get Fit mission!!
Thank you so much to those that have joined my facebook group. I think that we will get more and more people involved and it will be a great tool to keep us all motivated. :)
So how did you do this week? Did you get off to a rocky start like me?
My weight loss results for this week: 0lbs lost
But I didn’t gain anything either! I’m exactly at 234.4 (DID I JUST POST THAT … HOLY COW) like I was last week. I’m calling this week a huge success though because it was a TOUGH week for me. PMS totally kicked my butt this week and I’m not gonna even go in to detail on how many times I didn’t eat right. But this week is over and next week has started!
My goals for this week:
- Keep drinking more and more water throughout the day
- ZERO FAST FOOD – this is especially hard at breakfast
- Make better snack choices
What are your go to healthy snacks?
I don’t care for raw veggies or much fruit. My choices are usually Yogurt, Strawberries, or some type of low calorie box snack.

No pounds gained is a HUGE success during period week! I mean, you've got all that bloating to account for, too! You did great!
My healthy go-to snacks are watermelon (I don't like fruit either, but this one is okay), pretzels and hummus, or a glass of fat free milk.
I just followed you with my new google account, just in case you're wondering why I just showed up there. ;o)
