Last week my sister-in-law told us about a couple of bands that we really love were coming to town. We weren’t sure if we would get to go but since the tickets were only $17 each we figured we would get tickets just in case. I’m SO glad that we did go!
You may not know this about me but I’m a huge fan of hard rock music. I love all types of music … country, TX county (yes they are two different things), pop, oldies, Christian, praise, etc. About the only thing I really dislike is rap.
So Saturday night we saw Nonpoint
and Taproot
It was an amazing show! I’ve only ever been to one rock concert and there was so many people that we had zero fun. This time, even though these are huge bands, there wasn’t a million people and it made for a better overall experience.
One of my favorite parts was being UP FRONT!
(this guy … bass player for Taproot … hottie!) Well until our eardrums felt like they were going to blow up. HA! So we moved to the center and it was much better! 
I’m not much of a dancer but this night we danced our butts off and had a blast! I have a video that I would love to upload and share but it’s uploading sideways. I recorded it sideways on my iPhone like I was supposed to but I’m not sure how to get it to show online correctly. Any tips?

Very cool that you were able to get so close!! I can't even remember the last concert or band i've seen live!
