My Life Lately

You may see some changes around my bloggy space soon.  I’m trying to figure out how I want to redesign it and come up with something new.  I love the theme I have going now but I’ve had issues with it from the start.  I can’t put my tabs below my header for some reason and let’s face it … there is a lot of pink going on.

Another thing that I’m looking to change is the name of my blog.  I’m really bad about coming up with names though so I’m still thinking and trying to come up with ideas for that. It takes me forever to decide on a title for each post I do!

Other than blog stuff my life has been pretty busy lately.  I had my 29th birthday this month and had a great time with my hunny.  He took me out to eat and his family surprised me by being there to eat with us. Then he took me to see The Vow to complete our date.  (It was ok … not my fav)

Every weekend I’ve gotten to love on Ms Alexa and her sweet baby self.  She’s finally starting to pack on some ounces and stay awake more so we can love on her even more. 
 

Although I do believe sleeping is still her favorite thing :)

Today is MY baby girl’s 4th birthday!!

We got to see Act Of Valor this past weekend.  If you haven’t seen it yet GO! It’s a GREAT movie.  The acting isn’t superb but the Navy Seals in this movie are NOT actors.  It wasn’t meant to be that kind of movie.  It does show how bad ass our military is and I seriously wanted to high five someone during this movie.  Go see it!!

BABY!!! Pictures!!!

Sorry for the long absence but I have a great excuse!! My sister-in-law had her little girl last Friday!!! She had some minor issues and her Dr decided to induce her at 5am Friday but she went in to labor that morning and was having contractions about 5 minutes apart when we got there and checked in.  Well fast forward 7 1/2 hours and Ms Alexa was born!! My sister-in-law is now my hero!  I was able to be there the whole time with her (as well as her hunny and her mom of course).  I feel truly blessed that she wanted me there and that I got to experience seeing her born.  So now I’ll shut up and get on with the pictures!!

Yes I do realize there isn’t any pictures of me holding her but when we were at the hospital I was the one juggling cameras and phones.  When I was holding her I don’t think anyone was taking pictures :(.  BUT this Saturday I get to spend all day with them so there will be lots of picture taking and I’ll make sure to get one of me and her!

I’m in love with this little girl and can’t wait to have one of my own!! Can you say BABY FEVER!!

You have to be quick because their products are so awesome that sometimes they sell out within an hour or so.  The BEST part for me is their shipping rates.  You pay one shipping charge for one or more items!! So you can get 10 of something and only pay a couple of dollars for shipping! Not to mention the price of their products are ridiculous! As in ridiculously CHEAP! But their products are excellent.  Ever single item I have received has been amazing in quality and more beautiful than I could have imagined!
